We have three options available designed to suit your needs no matter how simple or complex:
Option 1: Fitness Consulting
Feeling stuck in your fitness journey and just need a little advice on how to get going? No problem, we’re here to help. We will meet with you one-on-one via Zoom or Facetime, identify your goals, find your barriers, and help you find a solution. This is meant to be a one time thing, but we can also do a followup if needed for a discounted rate.
Option 2: Simple Coaching
So you know what you’re doing, but, son of a hamster, you just spend all freaking day trying to think up new and fun workouts to keep yourself challenged and motivated. We can help! Simple Coaching offers month-long fitness programs, access to our workout library, and templates that can help you build your own workouts!
Option 3: Pro Coaching
You have goals and nothing is going to stop you from reaching them. Your 4th cousin twice removed’s wedding is in 4 months and you need to be able to fit into that denim suit he’s making the wedding party wear. Pro Coaching provides customized workouts on a weekly basis using the exercises in the library. We personally taylor each workout to help you meet your goals. We also check in with you once a month to make sure everything is going as planned.
